Indoor Sup Yoga Winter Sessions 2020

Yoga on a paddleboard – or SUP Yoga (indoors) – returns in Winter 2020. Jump on board with us to try out one of the fastest growing and exciting combinations in both the yoga and SUP worlds. Come and join us for our third season in the pool!

Winter dates in the pool will be scheduled from November 2019.

Join The SUP HUT and Womankind Yoga Wales for one of our unique sell-out Indoor SUP Yoga Sessions, at Penlan Leisure Centre on selected Saturday evenings. This will be our third year running these amazingly fun and challenging classes.

During the hour sessions from 8-9pm, you will be guided through an introduction to the paddleboards, a warm up and introduction on how yoga can be transferred onto the water!

Sup Yoga Teacher Helen Wilson (Womankind Yoga, Beach Yoga Swansea Bay) will show you how to move through gradual classical yoga postures on your board – in a class that will both challenge, strengthen and relax both your body and mind.
